Viper introduced Viper SmartStart 3.0 at January’s CES event. Viper SmartStart 3.0, available in Q1 2012, will offer the most advanced and user-friendly new features since SmartStart was introduced, including SmartSchedule, vehicle status, vehicle diagnostics, auxiliary channels and more.
One of the signature new features of SmartStart 3.0 is SmartSchedule. Part weatherman and part mind reader, SmartSchedule users tell SmartStart their daily routine and the Directed Cloud Services (DCS) network does the rest. DCS will continuously monitor temperature, location and schedule variables in the Cloud and push Smart Alerts to their phone when it’s time to warm up their car.
