With a 267 out of 300, Auto One Berkley earned this award because it had the #1 Benchmark Score in Berkley, Michigan, according to BusinessRate’s scoring methods. BusinessRate reviews businesses in the same category and geographic area using three metrics: Endurance Score, Momentum Score, and Quality Score.
In its market, Auto One Berkley’s benchmark score was significantly better than the number two auto glass business. “When we saw the Endurance Score was so much higher than our competitors, the guys were thrilled,” said Mark McFadden, owner of Auto One Berkley. From the BusinessRate Web site, the Endurance Score “demonstrates long-term consistency and established reputation.” Auto One Berkley has been proudly serving Madison Heights and Berkley, Michigan, customers since 1997. In June 2026, Mark will have his fiftieth anniversary working in the auto glass industry.
